Return Policy for International Orders

2.2 We require clear photographic evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, including packaging, to assess eligibility for a return.
2.3 Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.
2.4 You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise by our customer support team.
2.5 We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.

3. Return Approval and Refunds:
3.1 Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility for a return.
a) Products must be returned unused and in its original packaging to begin assessment
3.2 If approved, we will process the refund in the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges.
3.3 Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after receiving the returned item.
a) Due to the nature of international shipping and potential international delays, allow for up to 45-60 days to receive the return.
b) If we have not received the return within 70 days of the original purchase, no refund will be granted.
3.4 Return orders must be sent to the address provided by customer service to the customer

4. Non-Returnable Items:
